1. Navigate to https://app.dmarcreport.com/ and login with the current primary account username.

2. Click on the user name and image menu in the top right of the screen and select 'Profile' 


3. Make the following updates in the profile information:


a.  (OPTIONAL) - update the 'Name' field

b.  Update the 'Email' field contents to the new email address to be use as the primary login for the account.  

This should not be an address already included in any of the Teams.  If you wish to use an address included in any of the Teams, first delete that address from each team it is located in.  Once it becomes the primary account, it will always have global access so team inclusion is not needed.

c.  In the 'Current Password' field enter the existing password used with the previous address.

d.  Click the 'Update' button.


4.  If successful, the screen will update to show you the status of the account information change.  


5.  You will need to open the mailbox of the new email address to find the verification email.  Once you have it open, click the 'Confirm my account' button.



6.  Once you click on the link you will be taken to a page where you will have a message stating the email address has been successfully confirmed.  After this, you should be able to see that new address in the Profile screen and use it to log into the account.
